We have a 30-day return policy. Allowing you 30 days after receiving your order to process a return.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the original condition that you received your order. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We will also need your receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation).
For change of mind or incorrect sizing - we can process an exchange of your products once receiving your request and original items.
For items deemed faulty or damaged - we can exchange, or refund the original form of payment once receiving the returned order.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS & ISSUES
Please inspect your item(s) upon receiving your order, and contact us immediately if the item(s) are found defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Certain types of items cannot be returned for example: custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the right product for you - return the item(s) you have and once we can accept the return, we can then make a separate order for your new item(s).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund will be approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please take into account, it can take multiple business days for your bank or card company to process and post the refund you for.
